About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing multinational and JSE listed business within the Financial Services environment, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Customer Success Consultant to join their Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building long-term relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving client satisfaction and retention within a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for client queries and support
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • Assist clients with onboarding, product understanding, and ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
