Paid Ads & Design Coordinator Join a Growing UK Digital Marketing Agency Specialising in Meta Advertising Remote (South Africa) | UK Hours (Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm UK Time) | R20,000 R30,000 per month About Our Client Our client is a growing UK-based digital marketing agency managing over 40 active client accounts. Specialising in Meta advertising, they have built strong systems and processes that support consistent campaign delivery and client success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants to build on their Meta Ads and design experience while working closely with experienced marketing professionals in a fast-paced agency environment. The Role: Paid Ads & Design Coordinator This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day management of Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help monitor campaign performance, identify issues, create and update ad creatives, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently. The position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in growing their expertise in paid media and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Utilise 12 years of Meta Ads Manager experience to support campaign management across multiple client accounts Monitor Meta advertising campaigns and identify performance or delivery issues Create and update ad creatives using Figma Adjust and optimise existing designs based on campaign requirements Assist with launching, updating, and maintaining Meta ad campaigns Write and edit advertising copy for social media campaigns Track campaign performance and assist with reporting activities Follow established agency processes and contribute ideas for operational improvements Collaborate closely with the founder and wider team to support client campaign success About You 12 years of experience using Meta Ads Manager Strong working knowledge of Figma and confidence creating and updating ad creatives Strong written English communication skills Excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues proactively Comfortable working with campaign performance data and numbers Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Reliable internet connection and ability to work UK business hours (8 am 5 pm UK Time) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Experience working within a marketing agency environment would be advantageous Exposure to lead generation campaigns would be beneficial Experience creating social media advertisements and marketing creatives would be advantageous Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing tools is desirable Application Requirements Please submit: Updated CV 12 examples of ad creatives you have designed or a portfolio link A brief summary of your experience with Meta Ads Manager and Figma
