About the Role

We are seeking a fluent English and Portuguese speaking HR specialist to join our team on a 6 month project in 2026. This is a remote position, and we will consider candidates in South Africa, Angola or Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support to a team of around 10 administrators
  • Project meetings and updates
  • General customer support
  • Checking AI transactions for text help guides
  • Recording of help videos in Portuguese (no professional experience required)

Requirements

  • Fluent English and European Portuguese
  • Experience in HR and recruitment industry
  • Tech savvy; experienced in HR and recruitment systems
  • Remote work setup, including own laptop, reliable internet and professional work environment
