About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join our busy 100 roomed conference hotel team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate sales meetings and presentations at the hotel
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct interviews at the hotel to assess client needs and preferences
- Manage and update sales databases and records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of events and conferences
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- At least 2 years experience as Sales Co-ordinator in Hotels
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Organised and meticulous with details
- South African Nationality
