About the Role
An established and growing South African group is seeking to appoint a Financial Manager CA(SA) to join its finance leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a business that operates across multiple sectors including property assets, production and premium lifestyle operations, creating a complex and commercially engaging financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance standards
- Provide commercial financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Partner with leadership to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with financial planning, cash flow management and investment analysis
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial discipline and efficiency
Requirements
CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Minimum 2 years post-articles experience
Strong property / real estate sector experience (essential)
Manufacturing exposure would be a significant advantage
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability
Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and dynamic environment
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
