About the Role
As a Technology and Systems Lead at TAC Recruitment, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable system solutions, overseeing integrated business systems, and driving automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency. You will also manage system integrations across CRM, finance, and property platforms, oversee developers, vendors, and technical projects, and develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business insights. Your primary goal will be to ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8–10 years’ experience in technology, systems, or software development environments

- Strong understanding of databases, SQL, systems integration, APIs, and software development principles
- Experience managing developers, vendors, and technical projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Solid development/programming background with the ability to review code
