About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Management Couple to oversee the full operational, administrative, and guest-facing functions of our luxury game lodge in Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, Limpopo. As a mature and professional couple with strong hospitality management experience, you will be responsible for delivering seamless lodge operations in a remote bush environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of lodge operations
- Oversee operational, HR, and financial management
- Ensure all processes, systems, and procedures are consistently maintained
- Provide top-tier service to guests
- Engage with guests and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and report on operational performance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the operations of a small luxury lodge
- Strong lodge administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage full scope of lodge operations
- Strong hosting abilities
- A guiding qualification is advantageous (not essential)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) are not required for this role
