About the Role

Curve Gear, a South African menswear brand specializing in durable workwear and stylish outdoor apparel, is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive sales growth across the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily and actively generate own opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and opening doors.
  • Focus on key industries: corporate, construction, hospitality, schools, and resellers.
  • Convert first meetings into paying customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead meeting, quote, close, repeat business.
  • Maintain complete oversight of every opportunity with no missed follow-ups.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve targets.
  • Ensure all leads are actioned and no opportunities slip through the cracks.
  • Conduct client meetings, fittings, and product presentations.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and smooth order fulfilment.
  • Communicate timelines clearly and manage expectations throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (workwear, apparel, corporate wear, or related fields preferred).
  • Existing client base is an advantage.
  • Strong drive, resilience, and a proactive approach to generating new business.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take full ownership of results.

Qualifications

  • Valid Code 08 drivers license and reliable vehicle (essential).
