About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Brand & Operations Assistant to join our team at Factory 209 Ltd T/A Gradlinc. As a key member of our small team, you will work closely with the founder across brand, operations, customer experience, and day-to-day business management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer queries and order communications
- Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and our social media team
- Assisting with content creation, copywriting, and brand administration
- Updating and maintaining our website
- Supporting the founder with day-to-day business operations
Requirements
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Passionate about women’s health and purposeful brands
- Strong written communication skills
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative
- Experience in marketing, communications, or business is a plus (but attitude matters more)
Qualifications
- Stellenbosch based or willing to relocate
Salary & Benefits
- R10,000 to R12,000 per month
