Job Description

Working closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring the development of impactful, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis
  • Develop solution design documents, user stories, wireframes, and process flows
  • Analyse current processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Define and maintain business rules and system configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, credit, and engineering
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of solutions
  • Contribute to Agile processes including backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Maintain clear, structured documentation and knowledge bases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis, product support, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering and process analysis
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
  • Highly analytical, organised, and solution-driven
