Job Description
Creative Leadership
- Lead the visual direction of multi-channel digital campaigns from concept to final execution
- Develop and maintain strong visual storytelling across all digital outputs
- Ensure creative work aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives
Digital Design & Production Oversight
- Direct the creation of digital assets including social media content, video, motion graphics, and digital advertising
- Ensure all creative output is optimized for digital platforms
- Maintain high standards of visual quality and consistency
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and guide creative teams including designers, copywriters, and content creators
- Foster collaboration across creative and production teams
- Support skills development and performance improvement within the team
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
- Translate briefs into strong, commercially effective creative solutions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Quality Control & Brand Consistency
- Review and approve all digital creative outputs before delivery
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Maintain a high standard of creative excellence across all work
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency environment
- Relevant design diploma or degree
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and interactive design
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience in motion design, After Effects, or AI creative tools advantageous
- Strong visual storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
