Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR administration experience preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, labour legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and related documentation.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate submission of employee information and changes.
  • Maintain HR reports and generate employee statistics when required.
  • Assist with training coordination and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour legislation.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist with performance management and disciplinary administration where required.
