Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, business case preparation, scope definition, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and change adoption
  • Ensure alignment of project plans across all stakeholders, including the Hub, project team, and Commercial Finance
  • Coordinate transition planning to ensure alignment with Hub resource capacity and requirements
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and stage gate controls
  • Track progress and follow up with task owners to drive timely completion of deliverables
  • Maintain and manage the project risk register, with particular attention to process and control risks identified during knowledge transfer
  • Foster a collaborative team environment within the Shared Service Centre, providing support to colleagues where required
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes and strengthen controls

Skills & Experience:

  • Finance process transition experience essential
  • NetSuite and Adaptive Insight
  • Shared Service experience
  • Good communication

 
Qualification:

  • Degree
  • Project Management qualification
