Time Personnel is seeking a Junior Data IT Administrator to join their team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining large volumes of geophysical data with excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Meticulously scrutinizing data for abnormalities or inconsistencies
  • Daily maintain the highest standard of data with excellent attention to detail
  • Effectively managing and organizing large volumes of geophysical data
  • Manage file naming conventions, metadata management, and proper archiving
  • Adhere daily to established quality control protocols
  • Manage standardized checklists and procedures
  • Ensure daily consistency and accuracy in data evaluation
  • Collaborating with field crew to address and resolve quality-related concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Graduate, minimum diploma or equivalent, with an interest in IT or geology advantageous
  • Ability to effectively manage data
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Tech/IT enthusiast
  • Keen eye for detail with a high level of attention to detail
  • Passion for maintaining the highest standard
