Job Description

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Developing and executing annual brand strategies and promotional calendars
  • Coordinate new product launches and promotions, ensuring timely setup and effective execution
  • Manage PR activities, including press kits, media relations, events, and ROI tracking
  • Oversee social media platforms with a structured content calendar, consistent posting, and monthly reporting
  • Administer operational tasks such as SKU creation, pricing updates, and competitor analysis.
  • Liaise and visit retailers, logistics teams, and key accounts to strengthen relationships and expand market base
  • Monitor inventory forecasts, promotional stock, and competitor pricing to maintain profitability and efficiency
  • Uphold company standards, teamwork, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements:

  • Commercial degree with a major in Marketing
  • Minimum 4 – 5 years  marketing experience
  • Digital online marketing management: social media, SEO, websites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – home and professional language level.
  • Very strong skills in Excel and familiar with MS Office – Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Superior interpersonal relationship and negotiation management skills – with a demonstrated ability to work well with others.
  • High Level of Numeracy and the ability to “read”/evaluate /analyse numbers.
