About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Butler for a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with exceptional guest service skills and a strong background in luxury environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised butler service to guests throughout their stay
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional, discreet service
- Assist with arrivals, departures and in-room guest experiences
- Manage guest preferences, requests and special requirements
- Coordinate closely with front office, housekeeping and food & beverage teams
- Ensure guest suites and areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and refined manner
- Handle guest queries and requests efficiently and discreetly
- Maintain excellent knowledge of estate offerings and services
Requirements
Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury hospitality guest service role. Strong background in 5-star hotels, lodges or luxury estates advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and personal presentation. Strong attention to detail and guest preference awareness. Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 per month DOE
