About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Financial Manager to join our Luxury Lodge Group in a remote setting. As a key member of our team, you will oversee financial operations across multiple properties, providing strategic financial support and strong financial control. This hybrid role combines on-site lodge engagement with flexible remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all property-level finance functions in line with group SOPs
  • Review and approve purchase orders and ensure correct budget allocation
  • Manage cash flow, including petty cash and credit card reconciliations
  • Validate daily revenue submissions and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers and operating equipment registers
  • Oversee inventory control, variance analysis, and stock system validation

Requirements

  • BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ finance experience (at least 2 years in hospitality essential)
  • Strong experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
  • Experience with Sage (Intacct preferred)
