Cape Town City Centre: Senior Enterprise Technology Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Technology Analyst to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation and shaping the future of business technology across multiple markets. You will have the opportunity to work with modern ERP platforms, cloud data ecosystems, and emerging AI capabilities, influencing business outcomes and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle ERP implementations from requirements analysis through to post-go-live support
  • Configure and optimise finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting)
  • Map and streamline information flows between ERP and business systems
  • Identify inefficiencies and re-engineer processes to reduce manual effort
  • Assist with ERP migration initiatives (e.g., NAV 2016 to modern platforms)
  • Design and maintain API-driven integrations across enterprise platforms, including ERP, Workday, Sage Payroll, Salesforce/HubSpot, ServiceNow, and media systems
  • Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data flow and integration challenges
  • Enable robust Power BI reporting across Finance, HR, and Operations
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards
  • Automate and enable workflow automation using Power Automate and Logic Apps

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (B.Com Finance advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in ERP environments
  • Proven experience delivering at least one full ERP implementation
  • Strong understanding of finance-focused ERP modules
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation
