Blum and Hofmeyr, a well-established and upmarket Pharmacy Retailer, is seeking a Front Shop Assistant in the Brooklyn area. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting walk-in Customers
- Answering telephones
- Serving Customers on the floor
- Stock control
- Daily cash up
- Receiving stock
- Handling Customer queries
- Providing Customers information
- Ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Building Customer relationships
- Providing excellent Customer service
- Well spoken and able to speak English and Afrikaans
- Well presented
- Computer literate
