About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Receptionist / Filing Clerk to join our team at JG Electronics. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for managing front-desk responsibilities while assisting with administrative and filing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage emails and general enquiries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Scan, copy, and archive documents accurately
- Capture and update data on internal systems
- Assist with invoicing, job cards, and basic paperwork
- Support internal sales and accounts teams with admin tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist with stock or paperwork tracking when required
- Perform general office duties as assigned
