About the Role

Blue Chip FMCG Company is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Coordinator to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will provide support to a dynamic team, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of core company services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain system: Pulling information off customer systems, loading reports onto Zoho
  • Repsly: Maintaining system, building dashboards on Zoho Sales App, loading info for the sales team
  • National feedback to Principals
  • NPD tracking
  • Distribution gaps analysis
  • Tablet setup and training for Reps
  • Any reasonable job-related requests

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy, specifically:
  • Zoho system
  • Repsly
  • Experience with customer data analysis and promotional success evaluation
