About the Role
As a Sales Executive at MMU Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and driving business growth through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to enhance the value of all company products
- Participate in events and open days to ensure visibility of the brand
- Identify and report on new emerging trends
- Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities
- Provide market feedback on products
- Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them
- Set strategic thinking sales plans to meet objectives, enhance and expand the business, and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management on promotional strategies that meet customer demands
- Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless processes
- Negotiate and close deals that contribute to the growth of the business
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to and resolve any customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data
- Attend industry specific events to build network and relationships
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
