About the Role
As a Fast Food Supervisor at Net. Talent’s Sandton location, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring efficient management of staff, finances, hygiene, and safety. You will also implement systems and plans in line with our established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective communication and management of all staff
- Support and coaching of restaurant staff as required
- Monitoring progress against plans and taking corrective action where necessary
- Ordering, control, and receiving of stock
- Scheduling of restaurant staff
- Managing controllable expenses
- Submitting relevant reports
- Cash handling and banking
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- Grade 12
- South African citizen
- Minimum of 2 years Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor experience (McDonald’s, Burger King, or KFC preferred)
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/ GAAP or similar POS)
- Excellent mathematical and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shifts and irregular hours
- Capable of leading and motivating individuals and a team
