About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Group Representative to join our luxury game lodge in Bela-Bela, Limpopo. As the primary on-site contact for all group requirements, you will be responsible for managing the full guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full guest journey from arrival to departure
- Act as the primary on-site contact for all group requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience throughout the stay
- Maintain a professional and engaging guest presence at all times
- Coordinate all transfers, arrivals, departures, and group logistics
- Oversee daily scheduling and operational coordination
- Ensure all group information is accurate and up to date
- Liaise with all lodge departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain clear communication across departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lodges, or guest relations
- Strong experience in coordinating guest logistics or group travel
- Experience with international clientele advantageous
- Understanding of safari or lodge operations beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- High attention to detail and guest-focused mindset
