Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Capturer & Analytics Agent to join our operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of operational data while supporting reporting functions and basic analytics.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling reliable fuel intelligence, accurate reporting, and informed operational decision-making. This position requires a disciplined individual who can work independently within a structured environment and consistently maintain high standards of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capturing & Validation
  • Data Quality Management
  • System & Process Compliance
  • Operational Support

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Data accuracy and error rate
  • Data completeness (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Reporting turnaround time
  • Number of data discrepancies identified and resolved
  • Support to operational decision-making

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Experienced computer literacy (Excel, web-based systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous data capturing or administrative experience
  • Exposure to fleet management or fuel management systems
  • Experience working with reports and data analysis
  • Background in transport, mining, or construction environments

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in fuel, fleet, logistics, or transport operations
  • Basic understanding of analytics and reporting principles
  • Ability to identify trends and anomalies in data
  • Reliable, disciplined, and accountable
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to operational detail
