About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for overseeing the execution of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on HVAC projects
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams (installers, subcontractors, labour)
  • Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to programme
  • Drive productivity on site and ensure deadlines are met
  • Plan daily and weekly work activities with the Project Manager
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required on site
  • Ensure correct sequencing of work to avoid delays and rework
  • Conduct ongoing quality checks during installation
  • Identify and rectify snags proactively before inspections
  • Ensure neat, professional, and precise workmanship on all installations
  • Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
  • Provide daily feedback on site progress, labour, and issues

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation and site supervision
  • Strong practical experience in ducting, piping, and equipment installation
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts
  • Experience supervising teams on construction sites
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices
