FINANCE MANAGER CA(SA) – R65k – R60k pm – CBD, Cpt
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, improving systems, and driving profitability.
You will operate at both a strategic and operational levelworking closely with leadership to influence decision-making while ensuring robust financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full finance function across multiple entities
- Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and scalable systems
- Provide strategic input on pricing, cost optimisation, and revenue growth
- Ensure full tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, PAYE, income tax, etc.)
- Oversee payroll, supplier payments, and cash flow management
- Manage reconciliations across bank accounts, payment platforms, and intercompany transactions
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and automation initiatives
- Support fundraising initiatives and broader business growth strategies

Requirements
Experience / Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (SA) highly preferred
- Completed articles
- 14+ years post-articles experience
- Exposure to multi-entity environments (advantageous)
- Experience in property, hospitality, or similar sectors (advantageous)
