What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruitment consultants
- Driving team targets, performance, and revenue growth
- Winning new business and expanding client relationships
- Leading by example through active billing and business development
- Coaching consultants on sourcing, client engagement, and closing deals
- Monitoring team pipeline, forecasts, and monthly performance metrics
- Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates to clients
- Building a strong, motivated, and high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of recruitment, sales, or business development experience
- Proven track record of consistent billing and achieving targets
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience (advantageous)
- Strong business development and client engagement skills
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and people development skills
- A target-driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with Placement Partner is advantageous
- Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or Business
