About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments. You will develop and execute strategic sales and capture plans for long-cycle deals, build and manage relationships at executive and government level, and lead pricing and commercial strategies aligned to market dynamics.

Requirements

- Strong exposure to government or tender-based environments
- Solid understanding of international markets, trade practices, and geopolitical influences
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
