Job Description:We are Urgently looking for an individual to join our team in the admin and reception area. Knowledge in signage and branding is a plus for this job.Daily Duties: Ensure messages are correct and conveyed timeously Communicate with all Staff Control, monitor and record outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse charge calls Ensure Customers are directed to the employee to be visited / contacted Ensure Customers comfort whilst in waiting period Ensure all calls are answered promptly and pleasantly Ensure cleanliness of reception area Limit hang-on calls by offering call backs Invoicing and quoting clients using sage pastel Controlling of tools given to staff for daily work. Following up on customer payments Filing and capturing supplier invoices offering cold and hot beverages to clients. Social Media posting and managing social platforms. Filling of documents and admin work.Job Requirements: Relevant experience is essential. A Receptionist certificate will be an added advantage Must have a clear Criminal Record. A minimum of Grade 12. Graphic designing and signage knowledge will be an added advantage.
