- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programme Manager
- Assessor and Moderator Qualification with the Services SETA
- End-to-End programme delivery – full life cycle
- Facilitator leadership – lead, coach and develop fascilitators
- Facilitator eveluations
- Learner engagement, monitoring and assesments
- Tracking delivery performance
- Quality Assurance – meet SETA/QCTO requirments
- Oversea moderation readiness
