About the Role
Our client, a growing business in the health and wellness sector, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team. This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer queries and seeing them through to resolution
