- Prepare quotations for customers
- Create technical drawings and dynamic bills of material using configuration software
- Develop 3D models using SolidWorks for complex applications and new product designs
- Provide technical advice to customers (in person, phone, email)
- Handle high volume of customer enquiries (±30+ per day)
- Strong focus on accuracy, speed, and administrative processing
