About the Role
Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Dental Technician – Digital Dental Laboratory to join our team as a CAD/CAM Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing full-arch restorations and collaborating with clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design full-arch restorations including FP1/FP3, All-on-X, crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations using 3Shape, Exocad, or similar software
- Analyse intraoral scans, DICOM data, and clinical prescriptions accurately
- Manage full digital workflow from virtual planning to final production
- Collaborate with clinicians and internal teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain and manage digital case files and workflow documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years CAD/CAM dental design experience
- Strong portfolio in implant and full-arch restorations
- Solid understanding of occlusion, dental anatomy, and restorative materials
- Experience with aligners, retainers, All-on-X, and digital workflows advantageous
- Proficient in 3D printing and digital manufacturing processes
- HPCSA registration (essential)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (required – represents lab division)
- Own transport required
