Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices based on completed jobs and contract milestone triggers
- Track and reconcile PODs and Stores Requisitions weekly
- Prepare and process credit note requests for management approval
- Issue tax invoices and credit notes accurately and timeously
- Maintain organised invoice and credit note filing systems
- Track payments across project stages and support collections on milestone billings
- Resolve customer invoicing queries professionally and efficiently
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar invoicing role
- Strong accounting systems knowledge
- Must come from a similar engineering / manufacturing / project-based environment
- Solid understanding of project invoicing, milestone billing and payment tracking
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Good communication and customer query resolution skills
