About the Role

The Territory Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operational, financial, and commercial performance of multiple service stations. This includes driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and leading site-level management teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise performance across multiple fuel service stations
  • Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across sites
  • Oversee forecourt, convenience store, and add-on retail/QSR operations
  • Analyse financial performance including budgets, margins, and profitability
  • Implement cost control initiatives and identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Lead and support site managers and operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage customer service standards and resolve operational escalations
  • Oversee maintenance and asset management across sites
  • Manage labour structures, staff performance, and workplace discipline
  • Develop and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) essential
  • Minimum 2–5 years senior management experience (Operations / Area / Regional role)
  • Proven experience in fuel retail / service station environment
  • Multi-site management experience advantageous
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgets, margins, cost control)
  • Experience in convenience retail and/or QSR operations
  • Strong understanding of labour relations and staff management
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
