About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing global HR tech business to recruit a creative and data-driven Associate Content Specialist. This role suits someone who enjoys experimenting with new formats, analysing performance data, and continuously refining content strategies to resonate with a B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and publish blog content aligned to the content calendar and propose new ideas
- Optimise content for SEO and continuously improve performance through re-optimisation
- Own and manage social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn
- Experiment with content formats, messaging, and engagement strategies on social platforms
- Build and manage presence on community platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and industry forums
- Contribute to brand visibility across digital channels, including AI-indexed content sources
- Monitor performance using tools like GA4, HubSpot, and social analytics platforms
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align messaging and content strategy
- Stay up to date with trends in B2B marketing, SEO, and content strategy
