About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead our automotive workshop operations in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing a team of technicians and mechanics, and ensuring quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics
  • Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
  • Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure health and safety compliance in workshop
  • Conduct quality inspections on completed work
  • Drive team performance and productivity
  • Liaise with service advisors and management

Requirements

Red Seal Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic)

Proven supervisory/foreman experience in automotive workshop

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance

Valid driver’s license
