About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail partnerships within the luxury sneaker market
- Drive sales performance, brand positioning, and in-store excellence
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, buyers, and store leadership
- Analyse sales data, trends, and opportunities to maximise growth
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all retail environments
- Execute product launches, campaigns, and activations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Requirements
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in luxury retail
Strong exposure to premium sneaker/fashion brands (essential)
Deep understanding of the South African retail landscape
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Passion for fashion, sneakers, and brand culture
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
South African citizen
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R60,000 – R70,000
