About the Role
Our client in the Manufacturing sector is currently looking to employ an experienced SAP HANNA ERP Systems Software Assistant to join their team based in Isando, Johannesburg. Drive Stability, Innovation and Excellence as an Application Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for enterprise systems, including ERP platforms
- Deliver first and second level application support to internal users and external customers
- Answer user queries, identify issues, and provide effective short- and long-term solutions
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve system incidents and root causes
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, System Support, or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting production systems in a customer-facing environment
- Experience with ERP and business application support – SAP HANA
- Exposure to database systems, reporting, and query tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management and task prioritisation skills
- Strong relationship-building capability
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop within the organisation
- Proven team player with a collaborative mindset
