About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Senior Tour Consultant to join their team as a key member of their bespoke travel company. As a luxury-focused travel brand with a strong presence across Southern and East Africa, they are looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional service, design tailored itineraries, and thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with international agents
- Staying on top of quotations and administration
- Preparation of proposals and timely responses to briefs
- Planning and development of new products and programs
- Effective financial management
- Revenue control
- Representing the company at dinners, study tours, and meet and greets
- Developing new initiatives
- Conducting regular quality assurance to ensure standards are maintained
Requirements
- Min 5 – 10 years in a travel-related role
- Comprehensive knowledge of destination travel throughout Africa
- True destination “insider” with knowledge of all the secret spots
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Ability to multitask and manage emergencies effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- High level of creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly presentable and trustworthy
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive and self-driven individual
- Excellent knowledge on industry trends and latest locations

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
