We are looking for a technically minded Warehouse Technician to support stock control, equipment maintenance, installations, and repair activities across the business. This role combines warehouse coordination with technical troubleshooting, requiring someone who can confidently manage hardware, software, and inventory-related responsibilities while maintaining high service standards.
You will play a critical role in maintaining computer systems, supporting installations, managing repairs, tracking inventory, and ensuring equipment is operational and ready for deployment. What Youll Do
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
Troubleshoot systems, equipment, and network-related issues
Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment inspections
Manage stock control, auditing, packing, and dispatch activities
Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records
Source replacement parts and coordinate equipment repairs
Support workstation setup including routers, printers, and peripherals
Ensure compliance with safety, reporting, and operational procedures
Assist with technical documentation and reporting
Support internal teams with technical guidance and problem resolution
What You Bring
A+ and N+ certification or equivalent qualification
Strong computer literacy and technical troubleshooting experience
Exposure to Microsoft software environments
Linux experience is advantageous
Understanding of stock movement and warehouse processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and time-management ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
