About the Role
We have a vacancy for a Quality Controller at a well-established, fast-paced dealership in Klerksdorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work from the workshop by carrying out road tests on completed vehicles and checking and testing of vehicles after servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out road tests on completed vehicles
- Check and test vehicles after servicing
- Ensure there are no comebacks, and the job is done right first time
- Maintain satisfied clients (SCSI)
- Build relationships with workshop foreman, after-sales consultants, technicians, apprentices, and customers
Requirements
- Qualified as Vehicle Technician with trade certificate
- Experience as Vehicle Technician and Quality Controller in a Workshop
- Experience working in a corporate vehicle dealership and with brands like VW, Ford, Audi etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Contactable references and clear criminal record
Qualifications
- Trade certificate as motor mechanic (if applicable)
