We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for used vehicles to lead our sales team and drive the performance of our pre-owned vehicle segment. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing the sales processes to ensure a superior buying experience. Key Responsibilities – Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and drive performance. – Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to expand market share. – Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. – Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process. – Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure an optimal selection of used vehicles based on market demands. – Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulations related to sales and customer interactions. Requirements – Proven track record in sales management, particularly in the automotive sector or related industries. – Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience in team management and development. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members. – Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. – Proficient in using technology and digital platforms to enhance the sales experience. Preferred Qualifications – Matric certificate – 3 Experience in the automotive industry (Sales) – Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the used vehicle market. – Additional certifications in sales or automotive management will be an advantage.
