Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development & Strategy

  • Manage multiple creative projects from concept through to completion

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance support

Art Direction & Brand Consistency

  • Oversee the design and production of creative materials across platforms
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and tone
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables

Client Engagement & Presentation

  • Present ideas and campaign concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure creative solutions meet business and brand objectives

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in an advertising agency environment

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
