Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage multiple creative projects from concept through to completion
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality creative output
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and guide creative teams to produce strong conceptual work
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance support
- Drive team productivity and creative excellence
Art Direction & Brand Consistency
- Oversee the design and production of creative materials across platforms
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and tone
- Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
Client Engagement & Presentation
- Present ideas and campaign concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure creative solutions meet business and brand objectives
- Build strong collaborative relationships with clients
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies
- Introduce fresh, innovative approaches to creative work
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in an advertising agency environment
- Proven experience leading creative teams
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and design principles
- Excellent conceptual thinking and strategic development skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
