EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Business Operations Co-Ordinator at Pretoria, Gauteng. Job Summary This role involves supporting the Strategic Business Partner of the Funeral Business by coordinating operations, managing projects, ensuring governance compliance, and facilitating executive activities to drive business growth, efficiency, and strategic execution across the division. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate executive activities, meetings, and strategic engagements Support implementation and tracking of business growth initiatives Manage governance reporting, action tracking, and executive documentation Coordinate relationships with binders, brokers, funeral parlours, and administrators Assist with new business opportunities, tenders, and B-BBEE initiatives Develop management reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance trackers Support project implementation and operational improvement initiatives Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Qualification in a related field (advantageous) 35 years experience in business operations, project coordination, executive support, or insurance administration Experience within insurance, funeral insurance, underwriting, or financial services environments Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Strong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
