EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Area Sales Supervisor at Krugersdorp, Gauteng. Job Summary This role involves leading and managing funeral insurance sales activities within a designated region, driving premium growth, expanding market presence, and developing distribution channels to support the organisations strategic objectives and profitability. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and manage regional field sales agents and sales teams Achieve sales targets, premium income growth, and policy acquisition goals Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies Drive acquisition of funeral schemes, affinity partnerships, and group business Identify new opportunities across communities, churches, unions, and organisations Expand and strengthen broker, funeral parlour, and partner relationships Recruit, coach, and develop sales team members Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans Coordinate marketing campaigns, activations, and community engagement initiatives Monitor market trends and competitor activity Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners Ensure compliance with FAIS, FSCA, and organisational governance requirements Compile accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 RE5 Certification (advantageous) Certification in Insurance or related field (advantageous) Minimum 3 years experience in insurance or funeral sales 12 years experience in managing sales teams Experience within funeral insurance, life insurance, or financial services sectors Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities Valid drivers license (Code 08) Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
