About the Role

A dynamic and experienced Senior Graphic Designer is sought for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where exceptional visual standards are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of creative materials, including digital artwork, motion graphics, stock imagery, infographics, video content, and print communications.
  • Develop original digital assets for websites, social media platforms, and TikTok content.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content calendars with strong visual design elements.
  • Maintain and uphold high visual branding standards across all marketing material.
  • Design presentation templates and mock-ups to effectively showcase creative concepts.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork (Repro), ensuring accuracy through proof checking and final print approvals.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns by brainstorming and executing innovative creative concepts.
  • Review and oversee artwork before final approval and distribution.
  • Refine images, typography, and layouts using advanced graphic design software.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry tools.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers, external service providers, and internal stakeholders where required.
  • Maintain professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail within a corporate environment.
  • Assist with additional marketing and design-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print production processes.
