About the Role
The Senior Project Manager – Construction role is a key position in our construction team, responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and programme management to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out of buildings (site establishment and layout)
- Taking and managing heights using a dumpy level
- Project planning, scheduling, and programme management
- Managing contractors, site teams, and daily site activities
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Overseeing quality, safety, and site compliance
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a site manager/construction project management
- Valid drivers license
- Skills in Planning, Cost Control, and Budgeting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong understanding of site measurements and levels
- Proven ability to manage programmes and multiple site activities
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Relevant on-site construction experience is essential.
