About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the 4-star Hotel Secunda. The ideal candidate will assist the Complex Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, room service, and other F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the managing of the F&B Operation which includes Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting, Room Service
• Closely work with Groups & Conventions, National Sales, F&B Control, Kitchen and Finance to ensure effective communication
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients

Requirements

• Matric or Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous)
• 2-4 years’ experience in the F&B division at a supervisory level
• 5 years or more of experience in 4 to 5-star establishments (advantageous)
